Multivitamins, B-1, B-12 sublingual, B-complex, Iron, Vitamin C, Osteo Bi-Flex, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Flaxseed, Garlic. Still have to take more calcium.

about 60 oz so far...but gonna try to get in another 32 before the end of the day

I am fiercely working on trying to get enough water in (any suggestions) Right now I am not quite at 32 oz but I am sip sip sipping. About to eat a sicle.
I started a multi-vitamin on today, got my heparin shot in and for exercise walked the outside hallways. I felt 200% better after that and will do it again tonight.

Yesterday I drank 40 oz of water.........
and burned 449 on the eliptical and 256 on the tread. Im trying to be fine-fine for summer
Not including the 1000 cals I burned mad that had to wait to get on each of the machines.... ( just kidding )
Seriously, NY is too crowded for my blood. But it dont stop me from going 3x a week.
