New Post-op Tip Of The Day

Sorry I've been MIA but I was in the ER Mon. and didn't have a working computer until today.

Today's tip will repeat how important vitamins are to your health as a post-op patient. My neurologist shared with me today that my seizures and other neurological symptoms may be due to some vitamin deficiencies. He said that just because my surgeon looks at the numbers doesn't mean that they are fine.

B vitamin deficiencies can cause neurological issues.
I take B-12, B-1, B-6 but will be adding B-complex to my regimen. B vitamins also help with metabolism. Do Not skip your supplements, I've taken mine everyday and I'm still having problems so skipping them could cause severe problems.

Your right not taking those vitamins can really mess you up.  I had fainting issues last year from not taking them and raw mouth also.

Listen to her people vitamins are vital.

I had a seizure at work on Mon. Michelle. I'm so embarrassed. At least I get an aura before I get a seizure so I was able to get to the break room and get in a comfy chair.
