OK, somebody STOP me...

We have our addiction down to a science, don't we?  I know exactly how long to nuke a chocolate cream filled cupcake to melt just the center, but keep the icing on top intact.  Scary!!

Post WLS, my tool usually puts a stop to my lack of willpower after one or two bites.  If your tool won't stop you, hang in there!!  Drink the coffee and 20 ounces of water.  See how you feel after that. 

Sue...now is a good time to pull out them old pictures of yourself.

Some of us mighta been cute before surgery,   but we wasnt on the inside.

Girl i feel your struggle.....but  a sticky honey bun aint the solution.

Dam i'm not the only one having food cravings today.   That warm honey bun with the sticky sweet glaze almost sent me over the edge of needing a dam shower. 


Oh lord,  remember cherry pies.  I remember in the 70's I use to eat Hostess cherry pies and dip out the filling with a lays barbeque potato chip. 

OHHHHHH LOOOOORRRDDD

There is a place here that fries the honey bun on the grill and top it with ice cream and it's right across the street from the University. I have eaten a many of them in my day. Oh my goodness, let get off of this thread and go get a bottle of water.

THAT SOUNDS SO FREAKING GOOD,   oh my dammmmmm,  I want one now
