I know I am late as all get out.  I looked earlier but I swear I didn't see the post.  I did my run today and am getting faster everyday.  I am so glad you all are here.  I look forward to posting.  I wear asics running shoes.  They are wonderful got the at Hibbits for about 70 bucks. See ya'll friday

Hey Lee!  Here I am bring up the rear again.  I had a long day.  We went out to dinner this evening and I didn't get home until 11 BUT I got my butt on the treadmill and worked out at 11:30.  I WILL finish this darn program no matter what!!!  See you Friday.
