Morning Yall

Yes today is Week 2,  run #2.  Man I don't know what the hell was going on with my running this morning.  I got so tired about the second to last run I was struggling, so what did I do,  my dumb ass ran faster.  LOL.  Sometimes I wonder if i'm crazy.   

I am so happy I did it though cause I didn't want to finish, I almost stopped but I dicided to keep going and not stop.  I kept thinking about pancakes when I was running,  I swear only a fat girl can run and think about food.  LOL. 

So how are you guys doing with this program?  Do you feel like you can make it to week 3? 


So I wanted to share my shoes with you guys,  I wear Z-coil sneakers cause they help with back, knee, and ankle pain and they will make a huge difference in your walking if you have back aches.   I'll put a pic at the bottom.

Here is a pic of my senakers.  Yes they look goofy but they work great

You still motiviated, you go gurl!  I just took a peek at your new pictures and girl you looking good.  And all that hair, wow!  Keep up the good work I really admire the exercises you are participating in.  I wish I had your momemtum.  Keep up the good work!  Take care!!!!!

Hey Lee,

I'll be doing my run this evening!  I'm enjoying the program so far.  I know I can make it to week 3.  I don't know what it is about the second day that is so hard!!!

I know the day 2 of each week so far has been a killer.  I don't know why.    You would think it would be day 1

Nice to hear MsCleo.   I am enjoying it myself.    We are already almost in week 3,  how crazy is that.  Time just flew by.

Girl I remember when Z Coils got popular at the hospital I worked at.  I just look at them and see myself falling down.

I started the week 1 runs yesterday.  I didn't quite run-more like speedwalk, light jog.  I'm a week behind ya but I'm keeping my commitment to myself and you that I will add exercise back into my life.

Mine is a jog,  I already speedwalk so I figure I better jog, sometimes I jog faster sometimes not so fast.  All I know is when the jog is over I feel like i'm going to fall down and die sometimes, but at other times I feel fine like I can't wait for my next run time.

What I think about is those really big people on the biggest loser,  if those people can run at their weights, I sure in hell can run at mine.  As long as my knees hold up that is.

I was thinking abou the Biggest Loser contestants as I was struggling too.  I will say I handled better than I thought I would.  I even did some ab work afterwards.
