OT: Wednesday Afternoon Bird Quiz

Well...this bird will be either quickly identified...or it may take a while for someone to name it.  These are a somewhat common bird...but not commonly noticed.  They tend to be forever "moving"...and never sitting still.  But when a person does get a good look at this bird...they generally say..."Wow...that's a pretty little bird."

Any guesses???

Good question!!! 

No...it's not a sparrow...but it's small like a sparrow...(actually "slightly" smaller than most sparrows.)

Okay so I am stumped.

ETA:  My only guess is a Varied Bunting.
