HELP!!! I'm Feeling Lost

Hey BAF Fam!  I haven't been on the board in months but I need some help.  I feel like I am not working my tool the way that I should be and I dot even know how to get back on the right track.

I had surgery Apri 21, 2008 and so far have lost 40 lbs.  I started out doing good but it seems lately I am going back to old habits.  Can you guys please give me some tips on how to get back in order? 

Also is there a site that helps you with meal plans after wls?

Hey Mz.Nikki,  I'am new to this and my surgery date is this Thursday and I have been on a liquid diet for a month now. My wife also asked the same question you are asking to here self also. She started back on here protein shakes twice a day with a meal, and stepped up here exercise also and that seems to be working great. Also refer back to your hand out from the very beginning from your nutritionist. That seems to work good for alot of people in our support group. Best of luck to you. You will be just fine. Hey Nikki

Have you tried calling your NUT for a diet or asking for a fill?

Try your weight loss support group as well. There you may find some who are fighting the same battle as you are. You will need to scratch those bad habits out of your life and start tomorrow anew.

I'm trying not to get another fill until I have worked my tool as much as possible.  I have ****d my exercising up because i had slacked off on that too. 

I will call my NUT and check out the support groups.

Hi MzNikki, long time no see. Some suggestions I can offer are: start writing down everything that you eat. Sometimes seeing it in writing helps you realize just how much you are eating and why. Also, I would consult with a nutritionist to get help with what they feel you should be eating. Like someone else said, go back to basics, eat like you just had surgery. Protein first, veggies, then carbs if there is any room left. Make sure you are not eating and drinking together. How are you doing with exercise? If you want to get together and walk the mall or something let me know. Also having an accountability partner may help, someone to check in with who cares about your success.

Hey Amanda P!  Yes  It has been a long time how are you doing?  I kicking my exerecise because I know that is really n area thatI was lacking in.  I am always up for alking through the mall or working out with a partner.  i htink that is part of the problem I dont really hve anyone to hold me accountable.
