L: 1 teaspoon of tuna and one triscuit thin crisp, attempted to drink carribean/pina colada Nectar shake and couldn't stomach it.
D-4 chicken nuggets from McD
S- hopefully a protein shake but I can't make no promises. Crabby ass pouch didn't like the nuggets
