B - kinda wacky..piece of left over chicken from dinner...stuffed with feta, bacon, and garlic

l - chicken leg and salad
s - pondering a 100 cal pack of something
d - prolly salmon

Early AM - Vanilla Unjury Protein with SF Hot Chocolate & SF Davinci Raspberry Syrup

Breakfast - 1/2 of Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissant

Snack - Banana

Lunch - Garden Salad

Snack - Twisted Cherry Protein Drink

Dinner - Chili & Cole Slaw Hot Dog (no bread)

I wasn't feeling food today
B: coffee and string cheese
L: 1 teaspoon of tuna and one triscuit thin crisp, attempted to drink carribean/pina colada Nectar shake and couldn't stomach it.
D-4 chicken nuggets from McD
S- hopefully a protein shake but I can't make no promises.  Crabby ass pouch didn't like the nuggets
