1st Day Back at Work

Hola Fam,

Just wanted to check in and tell you how much I appreciate having my BAF folks online during the day.  Today is my first day back at work since I went on leave in December.  I've done pretty well today, if I do say so myself.  (RAWR!)  I came to the office prepared with my food, water, supplements, etc.  The only thing left was to do the doggone thing!  And while I felt a bit apprehensive when I first arrived this AM, I quickly signed on to OH and BAF... and I've felt anchored ever since. 

I may not post often, but I'm so glad you're here.  I appreciate all of you.

DOUBLE SEXY!!! I havent heard from you in a minute...how are you doing?  So, tell me...how much weight have you lost so far?

Hey Dee!  I'm blessed, Sis.  I have my moments, but the good far outweighs the not-so-good!  I have lost 40 pounds since surgery... I'm 8 weeks out.
