WHATCHA EATIN TODAY ???- Monday
Happy Monday!! You know...its so true when they say that you have a hard time getting on trck when you slip away for a minute...its been pretty rough for me the past few weeks now that i can pretty much eat what i want with out getting sick!
b - 1/2 turkey sausage/egg white flatbread (w/out the flatbread) from dunkin donuts
s - none
l - 3 oz turkey chili and half of whole grain bagel w/ garlic herb cream cheese
s - 4 shortbread cookies
d - stuffed chicken breast - w/ fat free feta, bacon bits, bread crumbs, and garlic and salad
Wake up: protein shake( 28g)
B- chicken leg(15), string cheese(8g)
S. peanut M&m's. I know i know but damn they were good.
L- 1/2 Tuna with 7 thin crisp triscuits(22)
S- finished lunch with a couple slices of cucumber with chili limon powder.
D- so far a fudgesicle(2g). Damn headache is returning. Might do a cup of coffee with an ambien instead.
