thanks to all who left me messages. or answered my question its not that i dont want to do the protein drink i really am not having a problem with the diet. i just got scared thinking wow 50 pounds how can i loose that much. but i see the protein and the salad everyday equals way less calories and carbs and fat that way you loose fast see i wasnt thinking like that im thinking i ws already on a diet with my doctor and it wasnt helping at all she says i have tyroid problems and thats why it's so hard to loose the weight. so i will just keep praying and trying and something good will come about for me. i got up out my yesturday and my pants were fallin down so maybe its already working it has been a week and two days since i started so i will post after i get weighed in tomorrow
