It is actually a Jazz AND Arts Festival, the black art vendors have some real quality pieces and the vendors overall are typically very good. The also have art demonstrations and presentations. The venues rock well into the night. You will not be disappointed.

PS if anyone recalls Philly Goddess from here on BAF, her and her girlfreinds set up a major camp by one of the main venues and hang out all weekend long...

...and get a medium Gremlin (real grape juice mixed with real lemonade) to wa**** down...

or from Jim's Steaks -right across the street...[for beef]
One with american and fried onions (gut the roll real good)...there they do the condiments after the grill...(remember no whiz!)
