Couch to 5K, Week 2 Started this morning. GET YOUR RUN ON

Morning Yall



OK<  All my couch to 5K folks.  This morning was the start of week two and I loved the music it was great.   I don't know why but it seems so super easy.  I thought with bumping the running portion up to 90 seconds I was going to die but it was great.    I have to tell yall at the end on the cool down I did my Tyra super model walk. LOL.   I was just strutting to the music like I had Victoria's Secret,  people looking at me like she thinks she is all that,  I was dying laughing inside.

I looked at the mirror this morning and I think some of my fat is leaving me.  My belly is really thinning out and that is a great thing.  I am still on my situps, 500 a day trying to keep my belly tight.   Now my ass is a different story,  I am hoping that this running program will help to get some of all this meat off my big ass cause I can't stand when my butt is really big.

Tel I know your running today to make up for DC, hope you had a good one and all you other runners as well.   I think I may want to do this 4 times a week instead of 3 but I will have to see how my knees hold up after week 2 and then decide.

So I did my run/walk this morning.   Did you do yours?

I'll be starting week 2 today as well!  I know I'm supposed to skip a day, but I finished week 1 last night since some man was hogging the treadmill in the hotel in DC.  (I had to use the elliptical so I couldn't do it).

I'm looking forward to this week!  After seeing everybody in DC I know I need to step it up.  Everybody is skinny!!!!

Sounds good Tel.  You are skinny too girl.  I saw you on one picture looking very thin and cute.

I am going to tighten up my eating and water this week because Becca had a week off and I started to slip a bit, eating over 150 carbs for 2 days, now it's time to pull them back down to 100.

I have to get my dam water in also,  The first thing I mess up on is water,  But i'll be gulping all day today.

Not a runner - can't STAND cardio!  LOL - but I AM getting my behind in the gym tonight! 

I finally feel back to my usual self - so it's back to the grind for me!  B5 workout - here I come!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'm definately not a runner either but I can say this week two run one was so easy it scared me.  LOL.     I know after trying everything else I needed to do something different so I'm hoping this running route will help me.

I was in the shower and forgot about this hair girl,  I almost stepped under the water and let it run over my head like I always do.   LOL.   Yeah it is still down no bun yet,  but I tell you a bun is so much more easy.   And it's raining so now I have to use a umbrella man usually I don't care if my hair gets wet. 

I don't know how long this will last but I am giving it a try.  Becca is begging me not to go back to the bun, so I will try to stick it out for a while longer.

It was in a really high on my head pony tail for my run this morning, but that is NOT a bun.

Ok Lee.  I joined the gym and did my workout this am.  I plan to do the couch to 5k on my off days of the circuit training, so I'll be starting tomorrow.
