DC Meet & Greet...Thank You!!!
Good Morning BAF...WOW...what a weekend. I can honestly say I truly enjoyed myself and the evidence is exhaustion, voice...gone, and my feet are still tired from all the partying we did this weekend.
Yes...this is one of many meet & greet posts to come, but I had to come and thank each and everyone of you who attended. You truly came out and BAF represented EVERYWHERE we went...I'm still getting phone calls asking "who are those beautiful ladies?" We had an awesome weekend and I hope your time in DC was wonderful.
I have a few special thank you's...
DC Meet & Greet Committee (Miz D, Ki, Biggie Smalls, Star Jones & myself)...ladies...I can't thank you enough for all the work you did in helping make this meet & greet a success. WOW...when you sit back and look at the fruits of your labor its just awesome. I can't think of one thing to say "we should've done this or that" because from what I see and what I've been hearing...90% of the attendees were very pleased at the thoughtfulness that went into planning and for this I say thank you. I love you ladies most much and know we have to get together soon for our annual hang out...but uh that won't be anytime soon as I'm exhausted and will be in the house for a few weeks...hell...maybe months. So again...Danyel, Akilah, Keesha, and Shani...THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART...this wouldn't have been a success without you. You ladies showed up and did the dayum thing!!!! I love you ladis...
Dimple Donna, Ms. Toya, Mrs. Tennessee Cutie, and Tricie40...ladies...you already know how much I love you. I had an AWESOME time with you ladies as we're just us...a touch of class 100%!!!!! You ladies are so special to me and I truly don't think you realize just how much. I have 7 biological sisters but I feel much closer to you ladies than most of them and for that I truly thank you for the friendships and sisterhood. Its amazing we love each other...and check each other when need be and that alone is sisterhood for me and I love it. Donna...there are no words...we've clicked since meeting at the 2005 ATL meet & greet and I do believe have talked on the phone everyday since then; Tricie...baby...you are just beautiful, awesome, and I love your spirit. Wow...who knew the time we spent in Chicago for my birthday would evolve into the friendship we have today and I thank you for it. Lady...you truly touched my heart this weekend and I love you much; Charloris you truly are all that...Chay...I swear I am thankful God placed you in my life...and I can't thank you enough for all the talks when I needed an ear or shoulder to cry on. You are just awesome and already know how I feel about you; and Toya...the baby of the bunch...but I swear to promise I wanna be like you when I grow up. TOYA...OMG...you are stunning and your spirit and personality is just wonderful. I love you sis and know that you are beautiful...inside and outside. Thank you for always being Toya and I wouldn't have you any other way...I LOVE YOU SIS!!!!!
Mrs. Royalty (Vonda)...lady...you are truly awesome...OMG your bubbly personality, your spirit, and the pictures...WOW...I'm still speechless. You took time out of your schedule to shadow the entire event from Thursday - Saturday and I APPRECIATE IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! There are meet & greet pictures...but sis...you truly CAPTURED the essense of every aspect of it from my sistah's at BWI Airport to the cabaret!!! I thank you for all you most much for capturing the beauty of everything. I'm still speechless at the individual photo shoots of myself, Chay, Donna, Tricie and Toya...wow...we truly are some beautiful women and you brought that out even more through pictures. Vonda...THANK YOU for everything and lady...I be loving me some "Mrs. Royalty".
To all the attendeess of the DC meet & greet...WOW...you all are beautiful!! I truly appreciate you taking time to come to my town and party. I hope you enjoyed yourself doing whatever you did. Again...thank you for coming out, I hope you mingled and met folks you converse with on the board and I enjoyed talking to EVERYONE!!!!

Thanks Cassie and committee for all you did to make the DC M&G happen. It takes quite a bit effort to organize an event and I truly appreciate everything. I enjoyed my stay and thanks again.
