17 Weeks left of the 20 Week program. Anyone still in ??

Morning Yall

I have been really good with my eating and working out.  Time is passing quickly before I leave, and I am not letting it leave me behind.

I started this with 20 weeks before I leave for my trip and I had many say they are in, So who still kicking it with me?

My jeans are loose, I have to try on my jeans hanging up in the bathroom next week along with weighing myself.  I am hoping I can get those dam jeans on,  actually I am hoping for a miracle and them being to big. 

I have been keeping my carbs between 100 - 150 a day, and keeping a food journal in a tablet, that way I can take it with me on weak days and read my entries to help me over hurdles. 

I have one treat a week on Saturdays to stop me from losing my mind, that treat is M&M's and that is the only bad thing for the day. 

I will be a size 10 or 12 before I leave,  I WILL DAMIT, I WILL

I'm in.  I never did join that gym last week, but I start work late tomorrow and I will be there when they open.  Now that I can eat without getting sick I find myself tempted by bad/old habits. 

I'm heading to a wedding in the fall and will be seeing old friends and my goal is to be a size 20.  Nothing miraculous but seeing as the last time I saw these people I could barely fit into my size 34 jeans, I'm looking to make a statement.

When I want to make myself do something,  I promise it.  I hate breaking promises and even if I don't want to I will do it if I promised.

Get to that gym girl,  Promise me you will go.

Lee,
I like the idea that you only have one sweet per week. What are you doing to curb your carb appetite? I need some ideas.... i mean are you eating somethiing to reduce your cravings or maybe it's just me... the more i exercise, my appetite goes crazy.... which doesn't stop me from doing it, i'm just asking....

I do crave candy still, but my desire to be thin on my trip is keeping me on this.  Having one snack a week is also helping a lot. 

Sounds like you need to be eating more, whrn I start getting to hungry it's usually my body telling me I need more food.
