To answer my own question..I would be wifey.  Because in the long run if we divorce; he is obligated to take care of me and the child.  Can we say alimony?? (unless there is a pre-nup; and it would be a pre-nup I would agree too).  Now if I am a baby mama; and we break up then he is obligated to take care of the child; not me! $24,000 and $25,000 grand per month is a lot of money to take care of a child (in my opinion) but at the same time; you can save some of it for college. 

will smith's ex got 900K lump sum in the divorce + the 24 per month.......

Kimora gets sole custody of the girls and gets $20,000 a month for each (480,000 a year) until they are 19 and half or until they get married, become financially independent, join the armed forces, or leave Kimora's home.

Russell also has to provide all transportation expenses for the girls and has to buy a vehicle for their transportation once every two years that is valued at no less thatn $60,000. The girls stay with him 1 week out of every 8 and he gets more time in the summer and on holidays.

There was no mention of Alimony for her so I'm thinking the pre-nup was air tight. Some speculate there has been no mention of her getting alimony because her and Amistad are secretly married. Not sure.

Everyone was tripping when the figures came out and saying she was a gold digger. Russell responded that she was a great mother and people had to understand that his children are used to a certain lifestyle. Just because their parents weren't together anymore didn't mean that lifestyle would stop.

This is a purely hypothetical answer and no way represents how I live my real life, but I'm gonna go with the 3rd option of jump off.  As a wife there always seem to be other women on the fringes, I'm not willing to be a baby mama because I don't want to bring my child into a hectic/less than ideal situation.  Plus as the jump off there are no need for lies and hurt feelings, all the cards are already on the table.
