OT: Farewell old friend..........

Girl I was eating so much dam Hershey's I actually got tired of it.   I could still get another replacement card today.

I wonder if any board  in California remembers that.

So uh Lee, I know we dont know each other ... but if you want to pay that chocolate card forward, I have a band ... a sista can continue to redeem the chocolate for you seein' that yo health is no longer conducive to utilizing dat der card?   I am in Cali ... lmbo ....   i just want to be a support to a baf sista ...

That card has been passed along so many times, I don't even know who has it.   It was 16 years ago,  now you got me wondering LOL.   That is the last dam thing I need in my life,  I am glad it's lost.

Sis, for real ... you and me both ... that is why I am on this site now ... lol ... oh well chocolate fantasy over ..

MM...I actually think companys appreciate customers like you that complain...(If you complain...the company has a chance at making things right with you...and then you remaining, or returning as a customer.)

It's folks who get bad service.....................and just never show up again................that they're most concerned about.

Yea - we will see.  I will keep yall updated.  I also went to Chick Fil A's website to RAVE about their service.  I love it!  VERY consistent - I actually could pay half as much at Wendy's but I don't because I know I can count on great service.  

You never know  the effect of your letter- it pays Starbucks to be customer oriented in these economic times - a $5.00 cup of frappa -whatever is a luxury for folks. And when the budget gets tight - the first thing to go is the fake nails, coffee  is second or third  [tied with the sushi bar] [I do love my coffee] I don't like Starbucks coffee [love the tazo tea Refre****s too bitter for me.  I like dunkin donuts coffee - its gone up $1.90 for a large but still better than Starbucks -do they have them in your area?

BTW did your refund come in yet?

my money was in my account yest-tiddy!  LOL  I have been a shopping ASS!!!  Just got home from having my car windows tinted.......

No Dunkins near me - folk have told me their coffee is good tho.  I am going to start off with the 8'o clock brand and see how I like it.

I think I'm going to go ahead and call it quits also.  My dissatisfaction is so great that I can't even talk about it.  Just amazes me--- smdh.

I put in a complaint with SB, got a reply and 2 free drinks on them. I let them know that I am a customer at 3 of their stores. I dont know if they rectified the situation but I did my part as a customer to let them know the situation. If we dont say anything as consumers about bad services nothing will be done. I have also turned in Cheeseburger Charleys(10 free combos), Auntie Anne Pretzels(free pretzel), Quizno(free six inch), Godiva Chocolates(big boxs of chocolates on ice delivered to my house), Wendys(free something, didnt pick it up), Subway, Blanchfield Army Medical Center, Hobby Lobby($20 gift certificate), later Claires because it is always messy when I go in their store so I think it needs to be brought to someone higher up attention.
