Snack - Ummmm...Skipped that too
Lunch - Margherita pizza (thin crust, crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzerella, and basil)
S - Laughing Cow cheese wedge 5 triscuit thin crisps
D - dunno..maybe left over green beans and shrimp
S - prolly a string cheese

I've come out of lurk mode because I'm in such a good mood today. I'm almost at goal, and feeling really good!

B: talapia and spinach salad
L: Tuna and tomatoes minus the crackers
D: who knows
S: hopefully gin and cranberry

First Time @ This:

Breakfas****ermelon and Grapes

Lunch- Bar-B-Que Drumstick, VERY VERY small amount of rice (Maybe 2-3 Tablespoons) and maybe 1/4 cup of green beans

Dinner- It is Friday so I will probably have a taco from Qdoba

Snack- I am about to eat some SF applesauce.

I had plenty of water today and my supplements.

Terrible day today.
out he door:  protein shake
B- bacon, egg cheese bisquit from McDonald.  Took one bite of the bisquit.  It was too hard and nasty.  I just ate most of the egg and bacon.  Damn.  I used to love those.
L- pickles and a mini reese's peanut butter cup
D- shake and bake chicken, maybe. 
I'm on day 2 of a migraine and feel like crap.
