The Jackson 5 (before they became the Jacksons)
The Sylvers (especially the cute Foster Sylvers)
Debarge
British Explosion bands of the 80's that Free mentioned (I know all except the last one)
Paul McCartney and Wings
Pink Floyd
Queen
Prince
Culture Club

I guess I'm going to age myself but I liked older groups
I loved Switch (some of them were brothers to Debarge)
Prince- had the posters, buttons and everything even though I'm a foot taller
I loved me some Lionel Ritchie solo and with the Commodores
New Edition
Babyface
After 7 (Babyface's brothers were in that group) I was in college then
Michael Jackson when he was black and real and could make good music

............................................................. ~ Yet Pressing ~
These 4 women had me buggin' back in the day:
Jayne Kennedy - it saddens me to see how much she's let herself go now. It's like looking at one my grandmother's older sisters and trying to imagine this woman as hot at one time.

Phyllis Hyman - I was one of the first katz on my block to play her music back in the day. I was out on a date the night that she took her life and my date and I just happened to be walking right past The Blue Note jazz club in The Village when we saw the printed announcement on the door that she had died. I was sad for about a month after that.

Sade - her music was my best friend back when I got my heart broken a time or two in the past. I thought that she was a real pretty woman but then again I was always a sucka for a butt-skull and a pretty singing voice.

Phylicia Rashad - I was in love with this woman from the first day I saw her on TV. I still remember when Ahmad Rashad proposed to her on the air live. I was so siked for her. I still remember when I first heard the rumor that he left her for a white woman.
