COUCH TO 5K, Where yall At? Today is run day did you do it?

Hey Ya'll,
I know i am late with this one, but indeed I did run today.  I am so proud of myself.  I did a great job today.  I can really tell I am improving.  I guess it is true that the first day is the hardest.  Everyone keep pushing themselves and when you think you cannot take one more step, TAKE 2!!!

 Naw!  But my son dropped home from college last night and he just came to my room bugging me about going to the gym with him.  I am getting up right now and we are going to the gym.  Deep sigh.
