Morning Yall

Today was wak/Run day and man it was so dam hard.  I did it at the walk park today and I swear by the 4th run I thought I was going to fall on the ground and die I was so warn out.  LOL.   If i'm dying now what the hell am I going to do next week.    I may have to only do it once or maybe one and  a half.

I am still motivated though cause it is a good program and I know it will give me the results i'm looking for.

Chime in 5K'ers  let me know if you did it today.

Tel you will really impress me if you really did it while in DC.

Hey Max

This running **** is for the birds,  I hate running but if it will make me thin then i will run.  I can no longer run on a treadmill, it drives me absolutely crazy, but I bet I could do this on a treadmill.

I have given up the weights for the next couple of weeks and now i'm totally concentrating on fat loss, and with all this dam muscle it better help.

Came out of lurk mode to chime in. I have never been a runner, but I started this program about 6-7 weeks ago. I have to say that I like it but the jumps that are made in running time, after 90 seconds is serious. So I do not go to a new wee****il I can comfortably (like that's possible) complete that run for that week. I am currently on week five and it goes from 5 minute intervals on day 1 to a twenty minute run on day three.  I think me and day three will be close friends for awhile, at least until I can run twenty whole continuous minutes (that would be amazing)!

You just have to make up your mind that it is really what you want, and do the damn thang.  I never thought I would because I grew up in Detroit and I was a loooong time fan of the creamy crack!  You can do it, just be sure it is what you want.

Oh **** you just scared me,  a jump from 5 minutes to 12 minutes negro please  LOL>    I'm have a hard time today with 60 seconds.   I just finished this weeks run so next week it is 90 second runs and 2 min walks.  I know those 90 seconds will be so hard for me but I will do it.

It is amazing how hard runnning is on the body.  I have to say I officallly hate running.  LOL

Girl, I hear you. I have never been a fan.  The one thing I can say is that when you move to the next level, completing the time you previously thought was hard is a piece of cake!
