Got a new CD out - then we forgive you!!
So I'm in the barbershop last night and of course everyone was gossipping about the Chris Brown vs. Rhianna thing. Yeah men gossip too - Get over it! Just about every guy in there expressed how, "If that was my daughter... Maaaaaan... I woulda...." and how they all think Chris Brown is a punk for hitting on Rhianna. Hey, so do I.
Now these are some of the same katz that were either bootlegging or buying the bootlegged R.Kelly video - you know the one where R. Kelly RAPED (let's call it what it was folks) that underaged girl, but yet they can all talk about C. Breezy's wrong doing and they only heard about that! I guess all Chris would have to do to get back in their good graces is to put out a couple of slamming tracks on his next CD, probably entitled "I Am So Sorry..." or something mushy like that, and these guys will all retract their statements.
My question(s) to the BAF family:
1. Is Chris more wrong than R. Kelly? Than Michael Jackson?
2. Do we think he can bounce back from this?
3. What message are we in affect sending to everyone else when we give unconditional love to our so-called artist who abuse our women/children?

Morning Double_Ayy!
1) I think Chris is just as bad as R Kelley and Michael
2) I honestly think his career might be over after this
3)Its very clear, while women are the heads of home sin the Black community, we are not very valued. Don't get me started on the misogyny in the music young people listen to. Its too early in the day for me to get so deep.
I might just be mad since I'm not a part of the big tittie committee anymore.
