I sure hope u didnt find that under the light and healthy section...if u did thats not even funny.  I find1000's of healthy recipes.  There are hundreds of gastric bypass patients on there that post recipes.  Some that will even take your favorite family recipe and work it to make it wls friendly for you...just look for the wls Monitors.  They are a great help.

I do have to say that what u were talking about doesnt even ssound good to me at all...even before I had surgery

This week they are having a Kitchen Aid contest.  Each day free appliances will be give away to the person who posts the most original recipes.
