I just got my new PC that allows me to add pictures directly to the post and was looking at my pictures and realized that I have come almost full circle of a year (shy of about 2 weeks) between when this first pic was taken at 289 with my "lil puff"

To this pic at as of today 163 and a "big puff" ain't God good!

I can honestly say I wasn't MY BEST. Yeah I was ok, my health was ok, my looks was ok but I wasn't the best me I can be and now I can say I'm really working towards being the best and so that feels so GOOD!
