No Mardi Gras for me...

Yes, no Mardi Gras for me.    I am too broke to rent a car and drive to Galveston and get a hotel for the weekend.   I have been thinking about it for 2 dat-blasted weeks and now I don't get to go.  I am soooooooooooo ticked right now.   I even thought,  "I will meet some cute guys down  there this weekend & I can go dancing at the live music venues".     Chit!   Anyways, decided to rent a few videos to watch this weekend ( Step Brothers, The Family That Preys, Han**** & Righteous Kill).    Whoop dee dayum doo, yeah...umm.

I'm in New Orleans and it looks like no Mardi Gras for me so I feel ya.  This is just not the time for me to being going out alone so I guess I'll be at home watching movies too.

Man I wish I was going home this weekend.  It seems like everybody I know is breaking their necks to get down to NO for Mardi Gras this year.  Im not sure why, but suspect it's because of Zulu's anniversary.

Girl, you betta call a couple friends and go act an ass this weekend, lol.  Take one for the team!

I'm not from here and don't have any friends because if I did I would be out there enjoying myself...alcohol free of course...lol

I'm looking up the Zulu crew info now.  NOLA is to "big time" for me.  I have never een to any Mardi Gras celeration, only watched on tv.  I was trying to start small by heading to Galveston.  I sure wanted to go dancing.

I just got invited to do some parades on Saturday so I'm excited.  I'll do some dancing on Bourbon Street for ya Chick.
