Pre- surgery Liquid Diet help!!!

Thank you so much, But you are so right I do need to end this abusive relationship I have with food lol. It's such a mental game. And The closer I get to having surgery my mind really is Messing me up. I must keep focus and stay determined like I have been through this whole process. Thanks you

Just to let you know I had the surgery 4 days ago ... I only had to do liquids for 2 days.  I asked the Surgeon why some where 1 week .. 2 weeks  or more ... and I only had 2 days.  He told me it's really the Surgeons preference.  So, go back to them ask why ... maybe you don't really need to do it that long but, they just have a general regiment they give everyone.

that is true I really only have to do the liquid 24 hours before surgery but I took it upon my self to do the liquid diet so i can get used to not eating real food for awhile and I wanted to loss more weight before my surgery date.

You are not alone and you're doing a great job. Yes, I cheated. Probably everyone has. You'll cheat after WLS. But you have the right idea on the different kinds of liquids.

This is a roller coaster ride of emotions and trails so don't worry too much if you cheat. Just get right back on course.

Now that's what I want to here I know we are all humans and lived our lives on foods I find it hard to just go cold turkey. That's why I'm trying to train myself now on eating less foods. Thanks for your respond.
