Aren't you a WONDERFUL MOMthat is a great challenge for him and one he should be able to achieve as well! 

I'm laughing because I come home and hide my doggie bag....but, they always find it grrrr

thats an awesome challenge...i need to hit my hubby up with that one cause he has gained about 25 lbs from my doggie bags!

L -  1/2 CUP OF TUNA -  BED OF LETTUCE/TOMATOES
S  -  APPLE/BANANA BEFORE WORKOUT

B-1 1/2 salmon croquette (24g)
s- banana
L- baked chicken thigh w/ brocoli(15g)
s- string cheese(8g)
D- no clue, whatever the munchin wants probably McDonalds

Vits: 1/2 way through
Water: 3 cups. I'm behind so I have to play catch up.

B-French Vanillia Designer Whey mixed with light n fit peach yogurt blended with ice and a little milk. 

S-2% milk cheddar stick

L-tuna salad with a few crackers

S- 3/4 of individual microwave popcorn bag

b-3/4 c. multigrain cheerios cereal w/1/3 c. light soy milk, cup of coffee w/ tbsp light cream and 2 sweeteners
s-3 slices of Healthy Ones honey ham
l- 3oz of baked chicken, 1/3 c. of whole wheat pasta with 2% cheese, and 1/3 c of green beans, 3 hershey's dark chocolate kisses
s-none
dinner- chicken salad
