HELP I NEED SOME LUNCH IDEALS
I go to the deli @ the supermarket and purchase a 1/4 lb of low sodium cheese and maybe a 1/2 of low sodium turkey (last for a week so you may need less)...I get to slices of each and do the roll up but I put low fat mayo in it prior to rolling it and cut it in threes and eat it on the new wheat thin thingys (3 of them)...I eat it all of the time...I also buy watermelon @ the market and eat that for a snack...Or some steamed shrimp.

check out the healthy choice frozen dinners or the smart ones - those are pretty good.

a can of soup. Progresso makes great soups.
