Do you have a desk job or a job with a litlle bit of physical activity ? My daughter works at a daycare center so she will be lifting small children when she returns to work.

Thanks for your input Taw1975......she is young and never had surgery before, I feel like lapband would be the best choice for her.
this will sound weird, but its the truth.
I had my surgery on a tuesday,, 3 minutes before noon( I remember looking at the clock on the wall, and counting back from 10)
At 215 that afternoon, I was up, and walked for 13 minutes****il they made me stop) I had 0 discomfort(shiiit,, I had that pain pump though)
I was at work, Thursday morning. And never had a problem. I was sore a little bit,, but nothing that would keep me outta work.
Tell your daughter, that is one of the GOOD things about the band. Them "band butt whoopings" are the worst.
