B-salmon and 1 scambled egg
L- 1 boiled egg and baked chicken leg
D- unsure but probably the same as lunch
and im finishing up on 64 oz of water....

l - grilled turkey burger patty w/baked beans
s - .5 breakfast taco
d - ribs and cole slaw
s - cheese and crackers
oh - I had 5 chocolate heart candies too.
Am on my 4th glass of water......

Hey I see you are having a hard time with your vitamens. One thing i do is sit them next to my bed every night for the next day, so there is never any having to dig to get to them. Then i keep a bottle of water next to them and there everything is ready to go exactly when you need them. Hope it helps cause girl weak bones ain't no joke!
I am going to take the bottle to work - I have an afternoon snack ritual - I will take it then - I had a bottle of the wrong kind of calcium that I was taking - just never replaced it. I think that will work better than taking them at night.
We will see!!!!

out the door- protein shake w/ half banana(28g)
B- string cheese with half banana, cup of coffee(8g)
L- went to Target
S- was supposed to be 3/4c of protein cereal w/cup of milk(20g) but I was laughing at something and choked. I had about a spoonful before I got sick.
D- 1 grape, maybe 1/2c of refried beans with cheese. Maybe.
All vits done. 6c of water.
