I'm in it for the long haul I made a promise to myself that I was going to exercise until I can't move anymore..I can't keep starting and quitting..I have to do something even if it hurts I don't won't to be a crippled up old lady... that's for sure.. So I had to set my mind that this will have to be a part of my daily routine...55 is the 35 I like that, because I'm going to try to look like I'm 35 when I get done with this weight loss..
