I turned 55 today...
Thanks Marilyn, How come you didn't tell me it was going to feel so good to be 55..
Years ago I prayed for God to let me reach 55 and the other night I prayed for God to let me reach 75, I hope when I reach 75 I'm going to pray to reach 105... after that it's probably going to be the end... I went out last night with some friends and Marilyn about 1:a.m. I was longing for my bed...I can't hang like I use to lol... I have to get my rest..I'm headed up north with some friends today... Not really wanting to go but since they are paying for the trip I'm going...Marilyn I have been working out like I have lost my dayum mind, I don't know why but it hurts like hell to work out now...Muscles be hurting like hell..Whatever you do never buy that Ellipitcal machine.. It has taken me months to get use to that machine..It still hurts when I workout on it but I keep going until I just give out I'm determined that I'm going to throw all my meds in the garbage one day.. Tired of taking diabetes meds as well as b/p meds.. I just want the day when I can just take Vitamins daily and that's it.. I'm going to post some pictures in a few months just to show how far I've came...I don't eat fried foods anymore period If I can't bake it I won't eat it.....This is a lifelong thing I'm doing..I'll always exercise some kind of way even if it's just walking daily. Much love Sis I have to get me a nap before we head up north it's a 6 hour ride..
