Eat or drink
What has helped me is starting the day with water. I think as a newbie I was obsessed with protein and neglected fluids. Now, I don't eat until I'm hungry and drink water until then. Some days I may not eat anything till about 1:00
I have phases where I have trouble with pure water, so I'll do crystal lite, but I find it really strong so I add extra water, then for every bottle of that, I make myself drink two of pure water. I also do a lot of ginger and pepermint tea, especially when my pouch is feeling tender and strange.

I was having the hardest time with this too. My surgeons orders are nothing to drink 30minutes before you eat or an hour after. What I do is drink a cup in the morning while I am getting dressed. Drink 10oz in a protein shake while driving to work. Then I have a 4c water bottle at work and I drink that all day. Then when I get home I drink another water bottle(2 cups). I do this everyday in addtion to popsicles that I eat. Also when I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I drink some more. I keep a water bottle in my bed.
