I am tweaking my program - I'm not eating enough so I have to figure out how to get more calories in.
b - protein shake
B#2 - homemade breakfast taco (half now, other half as a snack this afternoon)
L - turkery burger patty and baked beans (no meeting this afternoon, got my room spray READY for my office LOL)
D - ribs and cole slaw
Shooting for 6 glasses of water while I am at work - am just starting #1 right now!!!!
All vitamins already accounted for!
