So far, I have had 40 ounces of water and green tea.

B - Turkey sausage and scrambled egg whites

Protein shake after a light workout.

L- The last of the collard greens and cucumbers and an apple

D- ?? I'm going to see my Mommy

Yesterday was NOT a good eating day , but here's to a new day!

Early AM - Vanilla Unjury Protein Shake

Breakfast - Turkey Sausage, HB Egg

Lunch - BLT Salad with Egg

Dinner - Chicken & Spinach Pizza

Going for 80oz of water.
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

L-Spit Pea Soup..lol
S - black bean salsa and 4 multigrain tortilla chips
D - Spaghetti Squash with meat sauce and cheese

I'm trying to get the water in! I can't drink water like I use too All vitamins except Iron taken I even added a 1/2 bottle of 5 hour energy drink. Have a great day Cookie
