Late Exercise
Is it a good thing or a bad thing???? I usually get home from work around 2:15am. Sometimes I need to unwind and I have the urge to do some time on the Elliptical Bicycle or maybe even some time in the treadmill. Is it not a good idea to exercise that early/late in the day or is anytime a good time?
I've never had a problem falling asleep after working out at night.....shoot I can sleep anytime lol. But I have read that while your endorphins are pumping like crazy after a workout that it might be harder to get that good slumber. But everybody's different. I really like exercising in the AM, but lately I can't get my butt out of bed!
