How should I take the comment....

I would take it as a compliment.  I have a relative who looks like death warm over.  Went from a size 20 to 00.  Bones poking out, face looks haggard, wrinkles.  It is not cute.  So don't be offended.  

You know, also, I am finding people don't know what to say when you are up front and say you had WLS.  I've seen more than one person just freeze.  I guess they expect you to name a diet or something.  I've been asked, " What kind of WLS?  I hope it wasn't gastric bypass."  Blah, blah, blah.  What does it matter? Keep your head up. 

Yeaah I do look pretty healthy I take my vitamins, go to support , stay on OH drink my water and truly used it as a tool that it should be...so I guess I'll take my compliment and move on!
