Started Couch to 5K Today, Here are my thoughts

Morning Yall
Ok so this morning I started the couch to 5K this morning and it is good. I don't know how much my knees will like it but so far so good. The first week is 31.40 minutes per workout for 3 days a week, which for me is way to short so I did it twice. You walk and run alternating when the voice promp on the podcast tells you to.
Speaking of the podcast. I love the one I got because this girl has some great music on it and that is great cause when you are trying to run you need some upbeat music.
My Schedule will be Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. You are suppose to have a break between each day. So on those in between days i'm going to be doing the Biggest loser or Jillian videos cause I can't just workout 3 days a week and think i'm going to lose weight.
I am excited that this will help me to make my goals for my trip. So i'm beginning another journey yall. If anyone wants to do this program, it is pretty easy so far, it's only day one i'm anxious for it to get more difficult, but i'm not going to ru****

I started this morning too. The music is GREAT. There is only one song that I didn't care for, but it was still cool. I will do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well. 1 time was fine for me (I'm not a fitness queen like you Lee) but I will do some weights and ab workouts in the evenings and another cardio workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Hey I thought we were staying away from weights until we make our goal. What's up with that. LOL.
I bet you could have done it twice Tel, 30 minutes is really to short, I hadn't even started sweating so there was no way I wasn't doing it again. I'm going to see how my knees feel in the morning and see if I will continue to do it twice or not. I am old after all. LOL

thanks for sharing...i just downloaded.....i think imma hop on my treadmill and give this a try....(maybe i'll join you on this one if you don't mind) i also love those biggest losers' by Jillian (except all the push-ups)...she's a biotch, but that's what like..lol
