WHATCHA EATIN TODAY ???- Monday

RNY on 12/09/08 with
well im recouperating from my weekend away with the hubby for VDAY.  i didnt eat that great and ill keep it to myself as not to get bashed by my fellow OH'ers. 

B - One veggie bite (broccoli & cheese)
S - Didnt happen
L - 5 sushi rolls - eel, cucumber, caviar
S - 2 oz yellow rice w/peppers
D - im felling pretty woosy from the rice so dinner may get nixed.

Well it was Vday you got back on the ball today!
B-collard green mini muffin, small pork rib, and haf of a sweet potato patty
S-Kashi Bar
L-egg beater omelette with a slice of cheese 2 slices of turkey bacon and a half of english muffing(yeah I know my meals were switched)
S- SF pudding mousse in graham cracker crust with a strawberry (got my fruit in)
D-chicken breast, greens, half of candy yam for me making yellow rice for hubby and mini muffin
s-probably peanut butter and jelly sandwich before bed

Edited to add: 1 8 oz glass of milk after I eat my sandwich :)

i know right??i'm not hungry tho....today is one of those days i feel sick just by the very thought of food...it makes me feel yulky...i can't explain it... ...but i feel good

My Vday weekend was bad too.  Oh well, I say live and let others live to start over the next day.

B- protein shake
L- salmon croquette & eggs
S- salmon croquette because they are so daggone good.
D-  lemon chicken and brocoli
S.  ???

That sushi sounds so good.

Edited to add more salmon croquette.  They are becoming my favorite new food.

Collard greens

Water so far I have had 2 bottles,  working on 2

Hey --here is how my day went--

EM--forgot on kitchen counter  (protein shake w/ 12 oz skim milk & carnation instant breakfast)
B--2 scrambled eggs w/ slice of american cheese, 2 tukey sausage links, & banana
S--sunflower seeds
L-3 oz roasted lemon herbed chicken breast, greenbeans w/onions, little brown rice flavored w/ chicken broth
S--on the drive home--Protien shake w/ 8 oz skim milk
D--same as lunch minus the rice

depending on how late I am up probably another shake...definitely if I exercise I will have another...Let's pray I exercise

So far I have had about 90 oz of water & taking all vitamins
