Piggybacking off of MM what is that you Don't wear...
or can't wait to get rid of if you're a pre-op
for me since losing the weight I don't wear tank tops!
I had about 20 tank tops because if I bought shirts to fit my stomach it was too big everywhere else and if I got it to fit my torso it was too small in the stomach and it woud either not fasten or rise up. I always wore my shirts open with a matching tank top underneath. I was just doing laundry and noticed I had 4 basic tanks now that I have to make myself wear.

clothes that are too big....every time i go down a size i get rid of the previous...no need of holding on to it, i don't plan on ever going back up!!!
i used to buy suits with longer jackets, no more of those either..i buy short form fitting jackets..or anything that shows my curves...

I'm pre-op. My mother always said, "just cuz it comes in your size don't mean you ought to wear it". I thought that the whole time the florescent color thing was in style. For a while you couldn't walk into the Avenue or Ashley Stewart with being blinded by some florecent orange or lime green pants suit -That and skin tight leggings when if you are like me most of your weight is from the waist down.
um, what else - mumus - I don't care how comfortable they are.
any article of clothing with anything written across the butt.
payless shoes - I like and sometimes need the cheap but my feet deserve better
I'm looking forward to buying pantyhose that don't have to cost $5.00 a piece just for regular daywear. You really have to pay for those X's.
I'm in my 40's - I hope I don't lose my mind and start dressing like I'm 17 after losing weight since I didn't get to do that when I was 17. . I probably will for half a minute but I'm going to have to get over that quick.

Rhonda I"ma tell ya you gonna lose your mind lol. I am a clothes *****! I'm still trying to find "my style" but its been fun trying it out. I like you used to shop at payless because I needed 11W's I haven't been a shoe ***** thus far (think I'm sleeping around but not quite "*****" yet lol) but I know this summer I will because I love summer sandals more than I do winter boots. Its going to be amazing for you!
Granny panties. I have a drawer full of cutesy underwear but my mind autoimatically goes to the old faithful grannies.
I used to never want to feel sexy or pretty pre-op but now that i have lost a little weight, I want to look and feel good. Its a daily mind battle for me. So even if I go to the grocery store, i try to
make myself wear something that is presentable. Before surgery, I wore whatever fit; holes, stains and all.

I am in the process of losing. I can't wait to get rid of all these dang wide-legged dress capris that I have collected from Lane Bryant over the last 5 years or so. Oh, and those Houston right-size dress slacks too. I am so looking forward to making that trip to Ann Taylor Loft and buying some dress slacks and suits.
No granny panties here!
