Hey Cookie!  First I want to say I'm so happy to see you posting regularly again!

Ok, on to breakfast... so far I've had Activia light yogurt and a cup of coffee.  I'll have an egg white omellette and a piece of fruit in a little while.

Good morning,

well, I started good but went south .  I got depressed....
I had a chocolate banana smootie... 30g to 33 g protein.  I made it myself.  I did this after I weighed myself and saw I finally drop 20lb of fluid.  I was happy then, I started working on something got upset and the next thing I know...I was eating peanut butter crackers and the lunch size bags of ruffles. and fritos..   Lord have mercy that was a meal worth of calories

I had collards, pork rib, a half of a sweet potatoe pattie and a mini muffin corn bread (I dunno either)
In about an hor I'm going to have a turkey breast sandwich slice of cheese and some canned fruit.

I cleaned my bedroom today so that kept the hungry monster off my back so now I've got my BAF fix for this morning I need to finish up laundry since I got in the zone.

I had 6oz of Strawberry Pomagrante Carb Master yogurt.  12 gram protein 80 calories and only 44 cents.  It doesn't get much better than that for a broke college student.

I had a poached egg sandwich on toasted low carb bread with shreaded cheddar cheese , a couple of sliced potatoes and a glass of high protein milk.

Good morning (even though it is evening..LOL)--well I missed my early morning protein shake was rushing & left it sitting on the counter...

but I did have--
2 scrambled eggs w/slice of american cheese
2 turkey sausage links 
A banana.
