Protein, Water and Exercise goals for this week - PLAN it out people!!!!!
What's your plan for this week? Failure to plan is planning to FAIL!!!!!!!
*I* am shooting for 60 oz min, 80oz ideal water EACH DAY
80g of protein
Vitamins - check. BUT shooting to take my calcuim at night EVERY night ~cuts eyes at QT~
Exercise - will be in the gym for my Tues, Thurs and Sat as USUAL..... A5 and B5 workouts this week. HOOOORRRRAAAHHHH!!!!!
My food intake will be on point - all the BBQin I did yesterday has be set up RIGHT nice to be on it for dinner - breakfast is always a protein shake, got lunches pretty squared away so it's going to be a snack battle. I am going to do oatmeal and bacon today - will have to be careful to plan and take my snacks each day to avoid candy and garbage.

I plan out my meals on Sunday for the week...it keeps me on point. I'm always good with water getting in a minimum of 80-100oz...vitamins are a natural part of my schedule so that's never an issue. I'm also back in the gym....tonight is 60 minutes of Body Pump

i plan on staying VERY low carb with 2 fruits a day (peaches and blueberries)
gym mon- fri 1hr a day and extra exercise at night when i feel in the mood lol on top of all the walking i do at work
sat maybe some dancin or something for cardio...
sun- day of rest
protein- shooting for atleast 60 grams
water- 64 oz minimum but gonna try to get up to 96 oz by end of week
4 oz salmon for breakfast with an egg
lunch of a salad and cottage cheese and fruit
dinner...some kind of meat (chicken or fish) and veggie
snacks...havent really thought out to much maybe cheese stick and nuts and protein shake :)
plan on stopping my eating at 8 with the exception of a SF popsickle for last snack right before bed

Food: I'm going to cook some chicken tonight so I have my meat already cooked when I get home and only have to do my veggies for dinner. I bought some chicken salad and tuna salad at my desk so I can have it if I forget my lunch. THis week I ahve 3 lunch meetings and I normally do well.
Vitamins are NOT an issue been faithful since surgery.
Water my minimum to get in will be 60 but going to shot for 70 oz's thinking that may be why I'm hungry more body need additional water.
Exercise: Gym Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday is goa, l MINIMUM is Tuesday and Thursday and walk at work 15 miles this week.
Mental: Going to monthly support group on Wednesday
Vitamins are NOT an issue been faithful since surgery.
