Question from a not so new *newbie*

I was just wondering how often the M&Gs are planned and how are locations chosen? I've seen pics from one and it looked like fun was had by all. Sometimes it's hard to travel far from home with 2.5 kiddies under 7...lol Just wondering if there is a Midwest M&G in the works anytime soon?

I think they are just planned randomly.  The last big one was in June or July in ATL.  I don't know of any others in the works now (besides the DC one this weekend).  I think some brave sole just posts on the board any interest in a place/date and goes from there depending on the response/interest. 

Mini M&Gs are also held here and there...also done randomly.

My kiddie days are looooong gone, but I would think it would be hard to travel with little ones. 

Whenever possible, please try to attend one....the pics only show half the fun! 

Thanks Kim...hopefully I will definitely be able to. It is indeed hard to travel because my Mom is the only person I let them stay with. I'm definitely done after this one...three is enough..lol!

They sure do look like alot of fun via the pictures!  I know I enjoyed the mini Texas M&G in Houston this summer.  I missed the ATL one and I will miss the DC one but I will make the next one hell or high waters!  Hope you make it too!

We have done some mini M&G's in Chicago, I am pretty sure we will plan something when this weather breaks. What part of IN are you in? I would love to attend one of the big M&G's but I just don't have it like that right now.

I am in Carmel, IN which is like 15 miles outside of Indianapolis. I'm like 2.5-3 hours away from Chicago.
