Week three on weights: It's getting better yall
I did move up to 110 lbs on squats, 80lb on the deadlift and 20lb barbells on my shoulder press. Still using 75lb on seated row and lat pulldown. I am pretty happy with that - and to ME - I am toning up in my midsection - I noticed a pair of size 10s that were threatening to cut off circulation to my southern extremeties (sp) were comfortable this week - even AFTER being washed. I am still at the same weight tho - was 189 this morning. Still down .5 inch in my hips and waist from when I started - I will take what I can get!
On the eating - still protein focused, and doing 'good' snacks like yogurt, cottage cheese and such. Still staying away from the protein bars I was hooked on which is easy these days since the mofos got recalled! LOL I did buy a new fat burner supplement - I use them for appetite control and it worked pretty well yesterday - will be on it all week - I will really see then.
Anyway - the program STILL makes sense and I can FEEL definite difference - so I am going to KEEP on KEEPIN on!!!!!

Great job, MM.
Took your advice and have been working legs more. I am up to 100lbs on the leg press (for quads), and 50#s on the machine that you use to work your calves (dont know the name). And actually benched 60#s yesterday, which for me is a miracle.
Went to the doc on Thur and was down another 3 lbs from 2 weeks ago (despite not doing too well on my eating ). I guess the weights really do help.
Keep it up, lady!
Now - lemme lay the NEXT thing on you..... lunges. YES - perhaps boring - but GREAT to work the legs and help your balance. Do alternating lunges with your hands down to each side, focus on keeping your form straight - 10 for each leg to start should be good. This would be in ADDITION to the machine work......
