I'm still on week 2. The problem is I'm too scattered. I do this one day then step, spinning, then ellliptical. I need to just concentrate on this till the 9 weeks is over. Never did the podcasts, saw the links on the coolrunnings site, but never even listened. I think I'll just do week 3 starting tomorrow......or tonight.....nah tomorrow LOL

I agree Shani, it sounds like you have to much stuff and it is to scattered and you can't get focused on something. I am going to be doing this running deal and on the days off i'm doing the biggest loser or some other workout video at home.
I am not doing any weight during this time because my goal is to lose fat and I have built up a lot of muscle to help with that, and any muscle I lose I will rebuild when I have met my weight goal.
I think you may like the hip hop download podcasts for this. I downloaded into my itunes and put it on my ipod and i'm all ready to go for the morning.
