I found this site where you can download music and a guy timing when you should be walking and running that I think will be useful.
I think the music could be a bit better but it seems to be ok. I'll be checking it out tomorrow when I start walking/running and give you guys some feedback.

I'm really liking the hip hop one cause she has a variety of songs on there, but on her week 4 she doesn't do the voice prompts on where to walk and run so on that week I will use the other one.
I hope my body will let me do this. You only run 3 times a week so I will be doing the biggest loser program along with it.
