OT: Nudity at home

Just curious - what's your feeling about nudity in your home? 

for those of you with only same sex kids - were you/are you nude around them?  What age is the 'cutoff'?

for those of you with mixed sexes in the house - how do you handle it?

Me and babygirl roll solo - so I may be changing or vice versa and we accidentally walk up on each other but it's not the end of the world - we do NOT sit around bukket nekiid chillin tho LOL!  

I don't want to make a HUGE issue of it cause I want her to be comfortable with her body - but not be inappropriate.  My mother used to REQUIRE covering ALL areas at ALL times - I got caught running from my bathroom right next to my bathroom one time in only my undies and she damn near had a 'end of the world - you're a ****' fit.  

So - how do you handle it?

I have both sexes and I think I am like your mama with my boys once they are over 5.  I don't need to see you naked and you ought to knock for you come in.  My girls I am a little more relaxed for the same reasons....I want them to feel comfortable with their bodies and comfortable enough with me that if they need to talk about something whatever girls go through they will not be ashamed.

In my house it was all girls.  Me, my sister, and my mama, we stayed naked to be honest.  I think i was 13 before I started sleeping with some clothes on.   It was not a big deal for us and still isn't.  It isn't like we sit on the couch but ass naked, but if you need to do something in the bathroom and somone was in the shower it was not a big deal.  If you was changing clothes more than likely the door was open unless the there was a guest in the house.  Needless to say we kept our blinds closed

when i was married with our two girlz, i was the only one that walked around nekkid...jus from here to there...since its been me and the girlz only, i still do the nekkid thing...make me a cup of coffee, sweep the floor, but its usually cause im on the way to the shower or getting dressed...my girlz have always hated being nekkid and hated seeing me nekkid...i shake it, squeeze it, whatever and it grosses them out...i wished they felt more comfortable bout their bodies...they think sleeping nekkid is so gross...

When the kids were growing up we followed the don't want to see don't walk in unannounced or without knocking first.  We never walked around naked but underwear was permissable.  Nothing has changed.

I have a daughter  who is 10 and if i am changing clothes or getting ready to put my clothes on in the morning, i will walk around the house in my panties and bra, or if i need to iron, i will iron in my panties and bra, but don't walk around completely nekkid....but it is no big deal to me.

I have a thirteen year old daughter and I do walk around naked and sometimed with my panties and bra on.In your house you should be comfortable.When my God son comes over I walk around with clothes on.
