WEEK 18 OF THE 20 WEEK SLIM DOWN, WHO STILL WITH ME ?

Morning Yall
18 Weeks left on the 20 Week Count Down. Can you guys believe it has been 2 weeks already. Man time flies when you need to lose weight in a short period of time.
I am doing really well and I am still feeling pretty strong. I am continuing to keep my carbs around 100 a day and getting in all my protein. I do however, need to work on my water.
I have been really slacking on my water. I don't know what it is but I am just messing up big time with my water, so I have made myself a promise for this week that I will get all my water in no matter what.
I am on my rest day today so no working out. but on Monday I will start walking if it is not raining and if it is I will start my biggest loser workout tapes. I am going to be doing one workout video as well as walking daily, trying to do the From couch to 5K thing.
How are you guys doing on the 20 week deal we made, yall still eating right. Has anyone weighed themselves and if so have you lost weight? I am not going to weigh myself until the end of the month cause I don't want to get discouraged and I know I will if the numbers don't say what I want.
I am hoping to be down 8 - 10 pounds by the end of the month. I know I am losing if not pounds inches because my pants are loose and my hoodie is feeling real big right now, so I feel encouraged about that.
So let me know what yall are doing, We are on week 18 now. My goal just to remind you is 30 pound loss or more importantly a size 10 jeans.

I did nmot even drink one bottle of water yesterday,

Hey lee! you made me go do my measurements and **** when I saw your post! LOL I gotta do my week 3 update post.
I am 189 today. So not a lb lost - BUT - not a lb gained either! i have lost .5 inches in my waist and hips - I gained about .25 and .5 inches in my thighs and calves - so I guess this muscle thing is working....... I feel great myself too - so I am going to stick with it and see what happens!
