Whatcha cookin????? Sunday dinner!!!!!!
Beef tips w/potatoes and carrots in the crock. Finally turned out great. I had some brown rice w/tomatoes already made. That was lunch and I already ate some. For dinner I will probably have left overs with kool-aid. No dessert planned but I could do Yogurt w/honey.
Do y'all count your protein intake as a meal or calories? If so, I will have 3 protein shots today. Yuck, but I gotta have it.

I made D's cornish hen in the crockpot recipe from last week. I put it on at 8:00pm last night and at 8:00am I turned it off. Very tender only next time I will use more seasoning. Made mashed potatoes and corn for the sides. Also made a big pot of chilli yesterday. So we will be eating this for a minute.
Cooking for the week again....
I had the nerve to ask the kids what they want to eat this week. I should have known what the answer would be.
Huge pot of Greens Kale and collards with smoked turkey.
Huge pan of Mac & Cheese
Brocoli, carrots and squash veggie mix
Fried chicken drummettes
Slow roasted BBQ pork ribs
During the course of the week I may make some rice and some corn bread.
I Sure Love my kids....Cooking all day Sunday makes life so much easier for me for the rest of the week.
