Hey Trina,

I am not cooking at all today. My beautiful Mom is cooking for her baby girl today to celebrate my bandiversary and my birthday. I am due for Sunday dinner at 1:30.

I am cooking a big ol pot of chili with ground turkey. There is so much less fat in turkey. I have alwys liked chili, but after WLS I absolutly love it! Happy Sunday Ya'll!

Oh it's on and poppin for Mr and Mrs Piggy today. We're having our Valentine's day home dinner today. We never go to the restaurants on the actual holiday, too crowded. So our "out" dinner is tomorrow. I was supposed to cook all this yesterday, but after my spa day I was pooped. So Valentine's Day (the sequel) dinner is:

Jumbo shrimp stuffed with lump crab imperial
Broiled garlic butter lobster tails
Parmesan mashed potatoes
Roasted Asparagus.

Yummy yummy!!!!

I might throw some chili in a crockpot for monday's dinner!!! My husband and daughter are going to a daddy daughter dance with a buffett and my son is easy...might be PB&J and a tall class of milk for him lol.
